A message dated January 31, 2013, was read stating the Governor read                                                            
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     Supporting full state participation alongside federal officials in the                                                     
     United States Department of the Interior's "Expedited Assessment
